Hesabımı nasıl silerim?
Profil sekmesinin en altındaki Hesabı sil düğmesine bas ve onayla. Profilin, garajın, hata bildirimlerin ve engel listen silinir. Uygulamayı telefondan silmek hesabı silmez, önce bu düğmeyi kullan.
Takma adımı nasıl değiştiririm?
Profil sekmesindeki kartın sağında bulunan kalem simgesine bas. Açılan pencerenin en üstünde takma ad kutusu var.
Çıkış yapamıyorum
Uygulama hesap açmanı istemez, hesabın telefonuna bağlıdır. Bu yüzden çıkış yapıldığında hesaba bir daha ulaşılamayacağı için çıkış engellenir. Verilerini silmek istersen Hesabı sil düğmesini kullanabilirsin.
Telefon değiştirdim ya da uygulamayı sildim, hesabıma ulaşamıyorum
Hesaplar telefona bağlı olduğu için bu durumda hesap geri getirilemez, yeni bir hesapla baştan başlarsın. Önceki sürümlerde e-postayla hesap açtıysan, giriş ekranındaki Eski hesabımla giriş yap bağlantısıyla girebilirsin.
Bir araç bilgisi yanlış
Her tahminden sonra çıkan sonuç kartındaki Bilgilerde hata mı var? bağlantısına bas, hatalı bilgiyi seç. Biz inceleriz.
Uygunsuz bir oyuncuyu nasıl bildiririm ya da engellerim?
Sıralamada oyuncuya dokun, profilinde Bildir ve Engelle düğmeleri var. Engellediğin oyuncular sıralamandan kalkar, engelleri Profil sekmesindeki Engellenen oyuncular bölümünden kaldırabilirsin. Bildirimleri en kısa sürede inceleriz.

How do I delete my account?
Tap Delete account at the bottom of the Profile tab and confirm. Your profile, garage, error reports and block list are deleted. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account, so use this button first.
How do I change my nickname?
Tap the pencil icon on the right of the card on the Profile tab. The nickname field is at the top of the window that opens.
I can't sign out
The app does not ask you to create an account; your account is tied to your phone. Because you could not get back into it after signing out, signing out is blocked. If you want your data removed, use Delete account.
I changed phones or deleted the app and can't reach my account
Accounts are tied to the phone, so in this case the account cannot be restored and you start fresh. If you created an account with an email address in an earlier version, use Eski hesabımla giriş yap (sign in with my old account) on the start screen.
A car's information is wrong
After each guess, tap Bilgilerde hata mı var? (Is any information wrong?) on the result card and pick the incorrect item. We review it.
How do I report or block a player?
Tap the player on the leaderboard; their profile has Report and Block buttons. Blocked players disappear from your leaderboard, and you can unblock them in the Blocked players section of the Profile tab. We review reports as soon as possible.
