2. Hangi verilerinizi işliyoruz?
- Hesap: Uygulama e-posta adresi ya da şifre istemez. İlk açılışta cihazınıza bağlı anonim bir hesap ve rastgele bir kullanıcı kimliği oluşturulur. Önceki sürümlerde e-postayla açılmış hesaplar, e-posta adresi ve korumalı şifreyle çalışmaya devam eder.
- Profil: takma adınız (size rastgele verilir, değiştirebilirsiniz), avatar, çerçeve, arka plan rengi ve unvan seçiminiz.
- Oyun bilgileri: toplam puan, en iyi skor, oynadığınız oyun sayısı ve son oyunun zamanı.
- Konum (isteğe bağlı): kendiniz seçtiğiniz il ve ilçe. Cihazınızın konumunu (GPS) kullanmayız.
- Hata bildirimleri: bildirdiğiniz araç ve bilgi ile yazdığınız kısa düzeltme notu.
- Garaj bilgileri: eklediğiniz araçların markası, modeli, yılı, rengi, kasa tipi ve kısa notu. Garajınız varsayılan olarak sadece size görünür, Garajım sekmesinden herkese açarsanız diğer oyuncular bu bilgileri görür.
- Oyuncu bildirimleri ve engeller: bir oyuncuyu bildirirseniz bildirimin nedeni ve o oyuncunun kimliği; engellediğiniz oyuncuların listesi (yalnızca size görünür).
- Teknik kayıtlar: hesabın oluşturulma zamanı ve hizmet sağlayıcının tuttuğu oturum ve güvenlik kayıtları.
- Okuma kaydı: bu metni okuduğunuza dair kayıt (metnin sürümü ve zamanı).
Reklam göstermiyoruz, üçüncü taraf reklam ya da izleme araçları kullanmıyoruz ve verilerinizi satmıyoruz.
3. Verilerinizi neden işliyoruz?
- Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve oyuna girmenizi sağlamak
- Oyunu oynatmak, skorlarınızı ve sıralamayı göstermek
- İl ve ilçe sıralamasını oluşturmak (konum seçerseniz)
- Hata bildirimlerini değerlendirip araç bilgilerini düzeltmek
- Oyuncu bildirimlerini incelemek ve uygunsuz içeriği kaldırmak
- Güvenliği sağlamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek
- Yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek
4. Toplama yöntemi ve hukuki sebep
Verileriniz uygulama üzerinden elektronik ortamda, uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda ve oyun oynarken doğrudan sizden toplanır.
İşleme sebeplerimiz: hesap ve oyun hizmetinin sunulması (sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası), güvenlik, kullanıcı içeriğinin denetimi ve hata düzeltme gibi meşru menfaatlerimiz ve hukuki yükümlülüklerimizin yerine getirilmesidir.
5. Verilerin kimlere ve nereye aktarıldığı
Verileriniz, uygulamanın altyapısını sağlayan Google LLC'nin Firebase hizmetlerinde (giriş ve veritabanı) saklanır. Bu sunucular Türkiye dışında bulunabilir, bu durumda verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılmış olur. Uygulamanın yazı tipi dosyaları Google Fonts üzerinden indirilebilir, bu sırada cihazınızın IP adresi Google'a iletilir.
Takma adınız, avatarınız, en iyi skorunuz ve oynadığınız oyun sayısı sıralamada ve profil penceresinde diğer oyunculara gösterilir. E-posta adresiniz (varsa) gösterilmez. Garajınızı herkese açmayı seçerseniz, diğer oyuncular garajınızdaki araçların marka, model, yıl, renk, kasa tipi ve kısa notlarını da görür. Bu seçimi istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. İl ve ilçe seçerseniz, aynı ilçedeki oyuncular sıralamada birbirini görür. Oyuncu bildirimleriniz ve engel listeniz diğer oyunculara gösterilmez.
6. Saklama süresi
Verileriniz hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Profil sekmesindeki Hesabı sil düğmesiyle hesabınızı silerseniz profil kaydınız, garajınız, hata bildirimleriniz, engel listeniz ve giriş hesabınız silinir. Bir oyuncuyu bildirmişseniz, bu bildirim güvenlik amacıyla saklanmaya devam edebilir. Teknik nedenlerle hizmet sağlayıcının sistemlerinde kısa süreli kalıntılar oluşabilir.
Uygulamayı cihazınızdan silmek sunucudaki verilerinizi silmez. Misafir hesabında oturum cihaza bağlıdır; uygulamayı silerseniz ya da telefon değiştirirseniz hesabınıza bir daha ulaşamazsınız. Verilerinizin silinmesini istiyorsanız önce Hesabı sil düğmesini kullanın ya da helinightsgames@gmail.com adresine yazın.
7. Haklarınız
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca şu haklara sahipsiniz:
- Verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve bilgi talep etme
- İşlenme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- Verilerin aktarıldığı kişileri bilme
- Eksik ya da yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme
- Silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini isteme ve bunun aktarılan kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
- Otomatik analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkarsa itiraz etme
- Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarar görürseniz giderilmesini talep etme

8. Kullanıcı içeriği ve denetim
Takma ad, garaj notu gibi içerikler diğer oyunculara görünebilir. Uygunsuz bir içerik görürseniz oyuncunun profilindeki Bildir düğmesini kullanabilir, Engelle düğmesiyle o oyuncuyu sıralamanızdan kaldırabilirsiniz. Bildirimleri en kısa sürede inceler, kurallara aykırı içeriği kaldırırız.

1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller of the app Hatasız Boyasız is HeliNights Games.

2. What data we process
- Account: The app does not ask for an email address or a password. When you first open it, an anonymous account tied to your device and a random user ID are created. Accounts created with an email address in earlier versions keep working with that email address and a securely stored password.
- Profile: your nickname (assigned randomly, you can change it), avatar, frame, background color and title.
- Game data: total score, best score, number of games played and the time of your last game.
- Location (optional): the province and district you choose yourself. We do not use your device's location (GPS).
- Error reports: the car and field you report, and the short correction note you write.
- Garage: brand, model, year, color, body type and a short note for the cars you add. Your garage is private by default; if you make it public, other players can see it.
- Player reports and blocks: if you report a player, the reason and that player's ID; the list of players you block (visible only to you).
- Technical records: the time your account was created and session and security logs kept by our service provider.
- Consent record: a record that you read this notice (its version and time).
We show no ads, we use no third-party advertising or tracking tools, and we do not sell your data.
3. Why we process it
- To create your account and let you play
- To run the game and show scores and leaderboards
- To build province and district leaderboards (if you choose a location)
- To review error reports and correct car information
- To review player reports and remove inappropriate content
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse
- To meet legal obligations
4. How we collect it and legal basis
We collect your data electronically through the app, directly from you, when you first open it and while you play. Our legal bases are providing the account and game service (contract), our legitimate interests such as security, moderation of user content and bug fixing, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Who receives it and where it goes
Your data is stored in Google LLC's Firebase services (authentication and database), which provide the app's infrastructure. These servers may be located outside Türkiye, so your data may be transferred abroad. The app's font files may be downloaded from Google Fonts, in which case your device's IP address is sent to Google.
Your nickname, avatar, best score and number of games played are shown to other players on the leaderboard and on your profile. Your email address (if any) is never shown. If you make your garage public, other players can also see the brand, model, year, color, body type and short notes of the cars in it; you can undo this at any time. If you choose a province and district, players in the same district see each other on the leaderboard. Your player reports and block list are not shown to other players.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. If you delete your account with the Delete account button on the Profile tab, your profile record, garage, error reports, block list and sign-in account are deleted. If you reported a player, that report may be kept for safety reasons. Short-lived remnants may remain in our service provider's systems for technical reasons.
Deleting the app from your device does not delete your data on our servers. A guest account is tied to your device: if you delete the app or switch phones, you will not be able to reach that account again. If you want your data deleted, use the Delete account button first, or write to helinightsgames@gmail.com.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and recipients, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, object to results of automated analysis against you, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Write to us at helinightsgames@gmail.com. You can also delete your account from inside the app.
8. User content and moderation
Content such as nicknames and garage notes can be visible to other players. If you see inappropriate content, use the Report button on the player's profile, and use Block to remove that player from your view. We review reports as soon as possible and remove content that breaks our rules.
